Customer Reviews

Myself and my partner had such a great time. I love horses but have not had the opportunity to go on a trail. We both had only been on a horse once before and that was a very long time ago so we were a little bit nervous but the staff were so skilled, friendly and helpful that after a short tutorial, I felt confident enough to do the trail. The trail itself was also absolutely beautiful and to be surrounded by nature was so relaxing. I cannot wait to visit again! - Kristan Donson

Beautiful places and nice staff - Abdulaziz almojel

The experience was amazing. All the staff was friendly and helpfull. A trip well worth. - Gary Nagel

I had a great experience, my guide was friendly and made me feel at ease. We trotted and catered and she always asked me what pace I was comfortable with. I also was lucky enough to see a deer and some monkeys along the way! A great experience and the horses were lovely! - Annabele Hamilton

I feel the horses could have been better schooled and more suitable for the level of rider. My horse was both a kicker and a biter which is a poor choice for a trail horse unfortunately, especially on a beginner trail where a lot of the riders struggle to keep a following distance or prevent their horses from stopping to eat. It was not as relaxing and enjoyable as it could have been. That said, Ozzy was calm and bombproof otherwise, which was great. My elder daughter who was marked as a complete beginner was left to ride off the lead, but luckily she coped well. My younger daughter who is a beginner but takes riding lessons was linitially lead on a pony who was not really controllable off lead once she was taken off. Not a beginners mount in my opinion. So all in all, I think the matching of horses and riders should be thought through a bit more. Also, the number of lead rein riders was probably a bit much, with three riders on lead reins. - Vanessa Deyzel
